Our prices: The prices of all products available in Kadina Shop include VAT and you can see the details of your payment in the invoice (receipt) you receive. As VAT is included in the price of the product, it is reasonable to buy it.

Payment: there are some options which can be chosen to pay for your package such as Klarna, invoice payment, part payment, credit card payment and direct payment which can be changed time to time. You can be sure that your credit information is not needed or shared with others. Your invoice will be sent to your email and you will have a paper one following your package at your address. It is the proof of your purchase so you have to take a good care of it for a time when you need a guarantee service. Address: you are not allowed to change the address when it is registered because your package will be sent at the beginning hours of your product’s registration.

Delivery time: your package will be sent to your address the day after registering your order. It usually takes from 3 to 5 days to receive a normal package but those which are ordered ones need a period of 5 to 15 working days to be received.

Exchange and Returns:

Change of goods: if it is decided to change a jewelry which was bought, you have to register a new order and buy your new jewelry item and it will be sent to your preferred address. Then the previous jewelry which was bought will be sent to Kadina Shop and the money will be refunded.

Guarantee: all goods sold in Kadina Shop have a 6-month to one year guarantee. You need to remember to have your paper invoice payment or print your emailed invoice in order to take advantage of the guarantee service.
